fg771's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fg771 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fg771 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fg771 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether or not such interruption is within fg771's control.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the fg771 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting fg771 support. fg771 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to the dispute resolution process administered by PAGCOR where applicable.
